The aim of the project was to design and create a backup system for the operation of the Medical Emergency Service of the Czech Republic, including inter-state functioning, which meets the standards defined by the law in case the standard emergency system (155) is out of service. This project provides a comprehensive system of event reception and the deployment of the Medical Emergency Service crew with its coordination.
• System architecture analysis and design of a system running cross platforms of the individual organizations that are part of the integrated rescue system

Rescue services needs to have a standby system that takes over the functions of a stand-alone system in case of failure. The system must also cover situations where it is necessary to transfer more rescue workers directly outdoor, coordinating them efficiently and creating a mobile operating center. The GINA Backup Dispatch can create an event based on a telephone call. You can assign one or more units to a given event that are clearly visualized on the map. It is possible to change the status of individual crews and to monitor their current status or to search for addresses anywhere in the Czech Republic. The solution covers complete emergency management process, all in a compact and mobile version running on tablets using Android OS.
